Designed for Reuse
G539 is designed around a refillable and replaceable packaging concept. Instead of replacing the complete package after use, the inner container can be removed and replaced while the outer bottle is reused. This helps skincare brands reduce unnecessary packaging waste and extend the usable life of the outer packaging.
Replaceable Inner Bottle
The replaceable inner container can be removed through the bottom structure for convenient refilling and replacement. This design is suitable for skincare brands developing refill programs, repeat-purchase systems, or product lines that use the same outer packaging with different formulas.
Airless Dispensing System
G539 uses an airless dispensing structure that helps reduce direct exposure of the formula to outside air during use. The piston-based system is suitable for products such as serums, lotions, moisturizers, eye care products and other skincare formulas that benefit from controlled dispensing.
Reusable Outer Packaging
The AS outer bottle provides a clear and premium appearance while the replaceable inner bottle allows the main outer package to remain in use for a longer period. By separating the reusable outer component from the replaceable inner container, brands can create packaging systems with less dependence on completely disposable packaging.
Easy Replacement Structure
The bottom structure is designed to make inner-container replacement more convenient. A secure internal fixing structure helps keep the inner bottle in position during normal use while allowing it to be removed when replacement is required.
Customization for Private-Label Projects
G539 supports customized colors, logo printing, silk screen printing, hot stamping and other surface finishing options. Packaging can be developed for different skincare brand identities while keeping the same refillable airless packaging structure.
