Xumin packaging, we provide a range of secondary processing.
We offer various methods and processes, including silkscreen printing, hot stamping, shrink film, coating and metallization, both in-house and with our partners. Please share your image for the desired finish, such as matte, gradation, gold, silver, and we will bring it to life.
Choosing the right packaging depends on more than appearance. The formula type, viscosity, ingredients, filling method, dosage requirement, storage conditions and target market can all affect packaging selection.
For example, oils, serums, creams, lotions, cleansers and SPF products may require different bottle materials, pumps, droppers, sprayers or airless systems.

MOQ depends on the packaging type and level of customization.
For selected stock products, samples and small quantities can be arranged for product evaluation.
Logo or label customization can start from approximately 1,000 pcs for selected products, while custom bottle colors generally require higher quantities, often from around 5,000 pcs.
Advanced decoration, special structures or new mold development may require higher MOQs depending on the material, manufacturing process and packaging design.

Yes. We strongly recommend checking samples before placing a mass-production order, especially when you are evaluating a new bottle, pump, closure or formula.

Even when a bottle material is commonly used for a specific cosmetic product, the final performance can still be affected by ingredients, viscosity, alcohol content, oils, active ingredients, storage temperature and filling conditions.

If you already have a bottle, cap, printed sample or other brand reference, you can send it to us for color evaluation and matching.
Please note that the same color may appear slightly different on PET, PP, glass, acrylic, aluminum or different surface finishes because each material reflects and absorbs light differently.
For customized projects, we recommend confirming a physical color sample before mass production. Once approved, the confirmed sample can be used as the production reference for batch consistency.
